Italy a large inexperienced olive cultivar mostly developed in Sicily. Often called Castelvetrano olives in the United States, they have a moderate, buttery taste which makes them common table olives, though they are also employed to make olive oil.I built this and it was good but somewhat salty for my taste. Any solutions to change are appreciated
